Our History

Beginning with our first Custom Home project in Naples in 2013, Legacy Development Group has been a leader in creating elegant, state-of-the-art custom homes which have added to the high-end housing landscape of some of the most prestigious communities of Naples, FL, such as Park Shore, The Moorings, and Pine Ridge Estates. In 2020, we launched our first project in Greensboro, GA, at the prestigious Reynolds Lake Oconee, and currently have multiple properties available. Leading the way in combining the best properties in the most desirable communities, the highest level finishes, and incorporating Smart-Home technology, we have created some of the most desirable homes in our representative markets.

Meet the MANAGEMENT Team

Kevin A. Kalb

Founder & Managing Director

After 17 years of sales and executive experience in several major Silicon Valley companies, Kevin made the decision to leave the technology industry, and the substantial associated travel, for the opportunity to found Legacy Development Group in Naples, FL, in 2013. Kevin formed a team of individuals and business partners that would bring a wide breadth of experience to our real estate development organization including; residential and commercial real estate development and management, residential real estate sales, architectural and interior design, and general construction and sub-contractor management. Kevin led Legacy Development Group to expand into Georgia and to become one of the leaders in designing and building the finest custom homes in the Naples and Lake Oconee markets.

Pete J. Pacetti

Owner - Partner

With an extensive background in commercial and multi-family real estate development and property management, Pete has accumulated 21 properties and over 650 units in the Milwaukee, WI area, and has managed these properties since 2010. Pete has been responsible for the management of all contractor relationships, and all contract negotiations and pricing. In addition, Pete is a licensed commercial and residential electrical contractor, having established a successful electrical contractor business in 2003. Pete's extensive background in real estate development and management, along with his contractor management and electrical contracting experience adds an unparalleled technical and management resource to the Legacy management team.

Alison P. Kalb

Owner - Partner, Interior Design Lead

With over 25 years of successful residential real estate experience in the highly competitive and desirable Naples, FL market, Alison brings extensive insight and understanding of the high-end Naples home market. Alison has become one of the higher producing real estate associates within Southwest Florida, having achieved Top 200 agent status out of over 8,500 agents in the area consistently over the past decade, and is also a leading resource locally for other associates in the sales contracting process. Alison has also been recognized for her interior design work on several of Legacy's custom home projects. Alison is an unrivaled resource in understanding the best properties to procure in the most desirable areas, along with designs that produce the highest value for our organization and end customers.
